We offer comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance. Arcus pays 95% of the monthly premiums for employees and their eligible dependents.

Life insurance and disability coverage

We pay 100% of the premiums for basic life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, and short- and long-term disability.

Flexible spending accounts

We provide FSA plans to help you stretch your health care and dependent care dollars by using pre-tax dollars for qualified medical and dependent care costs.

401(k)

To help you save for retirement, we offer a 401(k) plan through Principal with an employer match. You can contribute tax-free or post-tax Roth 401(k) dollars. You can also contribute to a post-tax Super Roth, which allows contribution above the traditional 401(k) threshold.
